Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Service overview

Unlisted helps people review and request removal of eligible public people-search pages that expose personal information such as a home address, phone number, or email address in search results.

Your authorization

By submitting a scan request, you confirm that you are requesting the scan for yourself or for someone you are legally allowed to represent. You authorize Unlisted to review public results and, if you later approve cleanup work, submit removal or opt-out requests on your behalf.

No guarantees

Unlisted cannot guarantee removal from every site, permanent removal, total deletion from the internet, or removal of public records. Sites may deny requests, require additional verification, or republish information later.

V1 scan limits

The V1 free scan is a lead-intake and review workflow. It is not a paid cleanup order, identity-theft protection service, credit monitoring service, or legal service.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for scan matching.
  • Do not submit requests for people you are not allowed to represent.
  • Do not submit false, abusive, or automated requests.

Changes

We may update these terms as Unlisted adds paid cleanup, monitoring, account, or dashboard features.

Unlisted

Unlisted reduces public search exposure. Some public records, government pages, and lawful third-party content may not be removable.
